Security in the country will be reinforced as from this Month of December all over the national territory.
The information was disclosed by the Minister of defence Jospeh Beti Assomo as he presided over a crisis meeting last Friday December 1, 2017 in Yaounde aimed at evaluating the level of security threats in the country.
The crisis meeting attended by top military and security officials was on the high instructions of the President of the Republic Paul Biya. Its worth it to recall that the president of the republic in an outing vehemently condemned the killing of security officials in the North West and South West regions of the country.
In a 10 hours meeting grouping top security military and security officials, a series of resolutions will be arrived at and kept secret to the press.
While decrying the silence of NGOs on the killings of Cameroonian Soldiers, the Minister Assomo stressed that, the retaliation aimed at halting principally activities of criminals in the anglophone regions will be performed in respect to the law of Cameroon and human rights prescriptions.
