According to the IRIC lecturer, dialogue should be used as a means to stop the escalation of violence in the South West and North West regions of Cameroon.
Professor Pascal Charlemagne Messanga Nyamnding is campaigning for the resumption of dialogue between the Cameroonian government and the leaders of the Anglophone protest movement.
Last Sunday Aug 13, 2017 while debating on Canal 2 International, the professor argued that Anglophones deserve to be heard. “The dialogue must be sealed within the country. President Paul Biya has negotiated with terrorists. This led for example to the release of Father Vandenbeusch. This means people were going to negotiate with Boko Haram.”
For many therefore, the call made by the political figure so loyal to the president of the Republic should be listened to keenly.
