A rather sad moment that gripped Parents Students and Authorities of Sacred Heart College on Monday night at about 9pm while the boys were in for their routine  prayers ,St James was put ablaze by unknown persons .The Catholic Education Family has criticized the attack calling it an act of genocide.

According to the CRTV some 34 plus beds were reduced to aches alongside other material lost but all the students are in good health.

Cameroon News Today-CNT in the course of investigation ,spoke to some school officials who revealed that the target of the church in whatever course we may be fighting is the worst error anyone one can do .At the same time school authorities assured the parents to stay calm for their children are safe.

To this effect some ex students of this college yesterday in few hours raised the sum of 10million plus to tighten the security on campus while reconstruction works  will commence in just few days.

In a stronger voice the governor of the north west region Adolf Lele LAfrique has condemned the act and clearly stipulated that anyone guilty or in any way connected to the attack will be brought to book.

During a one on one off camera and recorder chat with parents  ,explained they had to rush to the scene when they got the news to insure that their children where safe .it is their wish that the government beef up security.

In these regard entry and exit will be highly scrutinized   authorities say. Hence people loitering in or around the school campus without any authorization will equally not be tolerated the governor added.

At press time there is relative calm while all the actors: parents teachers and students have been called upon to be on alert and report any suspicious move by anyone be it within or out of the campus premisis.

It should  be recalled that this college have or produces the finest in the country which is evident in all domains, the government, the private sector priest and other people of high moral standing.
