Social professions and trades around sport, agropastoral and the environment, logistics and transport, information and communication are some of the sectors that highlight the International Trade and Employment Fair (Sime), whose 7th edition opened on 12 July, at the festival hall of Akwa in Douala.
The representative of the governor of the Littoral region, Yara Samvam, at the opening ceremony said the event provided a good framework for exchanging, training and informing young people about fields that recruit.
Based on the theme, “Digital economy: jobs at the heart of youth employment”, the ceremony attracted many young people, business leaders and start-up promoters.
The three days of the Show had workshops organised such as “The search for employment: knowing how to sell to seize opportunities”; “The trades of social and development: training for zero unemployment”; “Communication and aviation professions”; or “Succeeding with or without a diploma in the digital age”…
Other joints such as a job dating scheduled this July 13, will furnish this Sime 2017. A recruitment session organized between motivated companies and candidates seeking employment in various fields. Trade shows, academic and professional orientation, exchanges of skills, are equally scheduled.
